Eagle 1 Construction
Eagle 1 is a locally owned, custom home builder in the Kansas City Metro area. When you work with Eagle 1 you work directly with Brian, the owner/operator. Customers can also work directly with our in house designer, Karina, to assist you with your design process and finishes.
Why Eagle 1:
Not only will our clients get to work directly with the owner, but Eagle 1 will work with our clients and allow them to create custom floorplans to their specific needs and budget. Our clients can choose from one of our many floorplans, choose to modify an existing plan, or create a plan customized specifically for them.
Financing Help:
Eagle 1 has several lenders who we work with and refer to on a regular basis. This ensures our clients who need help with financing can be referred to a lender familiar with Eagle 1. This can make the overall process a lot smoother for all involved.
Credentials:
Eagle 1 is a licensed and insured General Contractor and a current member of the National Association of Home Builders.
